Door locks shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings approved by the prescribed procedures and relevant technical documents, and comply with the requirements of this standard.
The car door lock should conform to the correct installation position as specified in the drawings.
The door lock securely locks the door and opens safely.
When the door lock is in the locked position, the inner and outer handles cannot be operated to open the door.
The door lock must have a fully locked position and a semi-locked position.
Door locks All moving parts should be flexible, the switch door is light and there should be no abnormal noise.
The number of different tooth combinations for car door locks shall not be less than 1,000.
Force analysis of the relevant components of the door lock (using static analysis method) to assess the inertia resistance of the door lock under the action of the inertial load of 294.2 m / s 2, maintaining the full locking position (see Appendix A for calculation examples) ).
Longitudinal load The lock body and the stop (or lock) shall be able to withstand the longitudinal load of 4440N in the semi-locking position; the longitudinal load of 11110N shall be able to withstand the full load in the fully-locked position.
Lateral negatives The lock body and the stop (or lock) shall be able to withstand a lateral load of 4440 N in the semi-locked position; it shall be capable of withstanding a lateral load of 8890 N in the fully locked position and shall not be disengaged.
Open and close durability The number of times the lock body and the stopper (or the lock) are engaged and closed (one time for a complete opening and closing cycle of the door lock) should ensure 105 normal operations.
Corrosion resistance The plating, chemical treatment and chrome plating of door lock metal parts shall comply with the provisions of QC/T 625.
